A preference notice alone does not show which scripts and events run. Inventory the behavior, agree the required choices with the privacy reviewer, and test that the implementation follows those decisions before and after a preference changes.

Approved requirements may lead to restricted roles, export and deletion tools, suitable logs, incident contacts and tested recovery. AI features need explicit permitted inputs, provider decisions, sources and human review.
