Understand and agree

Walk through a request, document, order or approval. Identify users, current tools and the recurring difficulty. Agree scope, reviewers, timing, important dependencies and a way to recover if a release fails.

Build and review

Inspect the work in manageable pieces. Schedule French content review and test normal use alongside mistakes, duplicate entries, permissions, interruptions and provider failures where relevant.

Publish and hand over

Check important journeys in the released version. Explain source code, accounts, deployment, known issues, maintenance and support so someone can continue the work.
